Corsair hydro h100i or dark rock 3?

Any experience or review in these? Which is the best or good cpu cooler?

The Dark Rock Pro 3 is sexier (IMO) and cheaper, and I think it performs just as good.

The h100i has reliabilty and mounting problems

AAND ! Silent as F**k , idle sounds better on air coolers than that damned WOOSH the pumps make . And you're gonna sit at idle for longer than on load , and usually when at load you'll have game sounds so you won't hear it

The dark rock 3 is A LOT more quiet, and that's what makes it better than the h100i in my opinion.

That too.

 

I could run my Pentium passive on one of those (both H100i and DRP3). Considering my max temp so far on my Pentium has been 48C with .95 volts, and that's on the stock cooler with the fan going about 1300RPM.

You're Overclocking on the stock cooler

PC is Intel Core i5 6400, GIgabyte H170 Gaming 3, Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4GB 2400Mhz ,Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB, WD Blue 1TB, NZXT S340, ASUS Geforce GTX 960. Fractal Design Tesla R2 650W. http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/793XNG. Graphics card choices don't always have to be dictated on performance. If you want the game stream and power consumption of the GTX 970 get that. If you want raw performance of the R9 390 get that. In the end we are all gamers, so what if your buddy gets an extra 5 fps?
