Is this build going to work correctly?

ToxxyToxical

After almost a month of research, I finally feel my build is ready!  I will be purchasing all of the parts tomorrow!  But I have one final question.

Is my build going to work once I'm finished building it?

I know how to build the actual computer itself, but how do I know all the parts work well together?

What I'm asking you, the wonderful community, am I good to go with this build:

CASE - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16811146067

THERM. COMP. - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16835100007

PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16817148036

MOBO - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16813130695

GPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16814487079

CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16819117369

RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820233540

HDD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16822236625

Heatsink - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16835103099

SSD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=9SIA6DH23U0381

Others:

Anti-Static Wristband - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=9SIA4941FD6422

Or, is there something that will go wrong with these parts if they were together?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks

get a seasonic PSU, apevia is kinda a bad brand. The brands to look for are EVGA, Corsair (HX and RM series), Coolermaster, Seasonic, Fractal, NZXT, and cougar. They are all good brands with great warranty. Also there is no need to buy thermal compound, the stuff that comes on the 212 evo is pretty freaking good.

welcome to the forum!

well you did your class and it shows. the only consern i have is this shaddy PSU. not familiar with this brand.

I suggest a more reliable compagny like EVGA, Corsair and such. dont cheap out on the PSU. because if it fails, it may or may not damage other componant (cpu/gpu)

other than that, solid build mate!

may your framerates be high and your temperatures be low. #pcmr

OMG!  Finally a forum that says "Oh yeah!  This is a good build.  Although, I'd recommend blah blah blah".  Thanks!  I'll update the build with a new link and get back to you guys.

Only complaint is the PSU, Id go with a Corsair PSU personally.

So what I am now going with is this PSU:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171078&cm_re=cooler_master_psu-_-17-171-078-_-Product

I know 1000W seems a little too much, but, it seems to be the closest one I could find that's close to 900W.

And better to be safe and have more right?  I don't mind spending a little extra.

its a little overkill for single GPU. I know its a gtx 980 but they are very power efficient and if you dont intend to sli in the future (wich i think you can't with that mobo) any 650 to 750 watt will do the job perfectly.
