There's some weird bug that I've seen in my room a few times now on my walls, what on earth is it?

i have a phobia of insects, and i can tell from its bright colours that it isnt friendly,  dont go near it.

And thank god that we dont have many biting/stinging insects here in the UK ( just bees and wasps and the rare biting bug, but thats all)
