Ye you should get that cable. A quic tip from me is that at every 200 feet or less in a cat 5e or cat6 cable run you should add a switch or a splitter just to ensure that the signal is kept at full quality.

Its 100 meters. There is no benefit of repeating the signal at 200 feet.

I am not really sure because none of the cable runs in cat6 cable we have at work are only longer than 50m. We use fibre to each floor now. That is from main comms

I want to buy a new Cat6 cable.I was thinking 75feet just to be safe in case i move in the future..Will i lose some signal at 75 feet?Should i just buy a 50ft one?

Anything less then a few hundred feet is no problem at all. Zero. Go to monoprice and pick up a 1000ft box of solid cable, some cat6 ends, and a crimper and make your own. Its best to use solid cable behind walls and in ceilings opposed to stranded.
