Currently, I have a set of Edifier e3100 speakers that are really old, and a pair of Sony MDRx05 headphones.

I am a big bass head so I want to improve the bass on the speakers (new sub?) and I want to get better sound quality. Tips?

I don't want to spend a lot, max like $100.

Bigger bass? Simplest way is to use EQ. Just make sure you do it right. The right way is either:

- Lower the EQ bands you don't want to be augmented, then increase the overall volume

- Augment the EQ bands you want to be augmented, but lower the overall gain

Get a MICCA MB42 stereo speakers with Lepai amp,it might cost you about 80 dollars,as for the headphone go for Tackstar Hi 2050 headphone which is about 40-50 dollars but a reviewer said that it is one of the best headphone under 200 dollars.Micca MB42 stereo speakers with Lepai sound close to my 300 dollar M audio studio monitors trust me it is one of the best value for money stereo speaker in the world.

Call your doctor if your erection lasts for over 4 hours.

...I'll call my girlfriend instead.

Oh wait, nerds don't have girlfriends.
