I wanted to open my BIOS to change hard drives this morning, but it wouldn't open. My motherboard (H61M-P32/W8) says you have to mash delete before windows starts up, but I have a problem. My keyboard won't even turn on until I get the windows logo, so it boots straight into windows. Any help?

P.S. It's not a keyboard problem, I have tried with 3 different ones

I am also using Windows 10 Preview

Try switching the USB port you use for your keyboard.  I had a similar problem with my keyboard not turning on in time.  I switched the USB plug that I was using and viola! keyboard turns on immediately as I push  my power button.

As the two anove me said, using a PS/2 keyboard *should* fix the problem. You can try a USB-PS/2 adapter.

Probably something with windows ten.

How would OS effect on BIOS?

Bit weird that you are having problems with USB2 ports. This is more common with USB3 ports.

^^^^^ is probably work for you but it can also be a driver support issue as no windows 10 drivers are out yet for your motherboard.

I tried all the ports in the back and in the front and nothing worked
