I have an MSI GTX 760. I recently started Overclocking it and reached 1150 MHz on Core and 1750 MHz on Memory. Is this good ? Voltage is set to +12 MV and FAN Speeds are custom with temps maxing at 79 C and max temp set to 90C. Core can go like 5 MHz more but I like round figures. Memory is able to go higher but I don't think it will be useful as it already running pretty fast. Should I continue Overclocking Memory or any tips ?

I wouldnt oc anymore the memory, and yeah, that's a pretty decent oc, u got pretty lucky at silicon lottery, congrats ^^

Pretty nice OC. Overclocking memory doesn't really improve real world performance much, but can help in benchmarks. I would leave it as it is to be honest.

OK then.

But somewhere in the Internet I saw 1250 MHz Core and 1900 MHz Memory. Is this kind of OC possible ?

IT is but it requires some serious luck in the silicon lottery and most likely a custom loop

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

Hmmm, I'm pretty sure a memory overclock and then a core overclock (results in a higher memory clock) will yield a bigger improvement in games vs a core overclock then a memory overclock (results in a lower memory clock).

The GTX 760 isn't exactly swimming in memory bandwidth, so its possible that overclocking the memory could help a bit in certain memory-hungry games. I'd say its worth trying, though you may find it becomes unstable relatively quickly.

Yes it is, but that memory will actually exist on really few chips...
