Searching the perfect 970.

Hey,

could you please help me. I am searching an 970 with an PCB in referenc design, but I want it in full lenght (not this shot crap).

Please do not tell me to Google it...... :mellow:

i don't believe there is even a reference 970. Regardless the G1 from gigabyte is a good card.

A 970 in your computer is worth 2 in the bush.

 

Basically, stop worrying and get whatever is available. There's not that much difference between them.

G1 gaimng is the longest card. But basicly get any 970, a refrence is best for sli

no reference cooler. there are reference pcbs.

i'd get the evga one, they have great customer support.

Asus and Msi have also good cooling solutions, the fans wont spin until the card  hit  60degrees . the msi has better factory clock  speed,the asus has a nice backplate.

MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G is efficient, quiet and has this cool 'Zero-Frozr' mode which means that the fans won't run, yes, won't run, if your card is below 50c! This video shows well how it performs under load and performs in benchmarks and games. My only (very small) gripe is that it doesn't have a backplate, so isn't really the prettiest from the top. Otherwise, a solid card!

I might be wrong , but i think the gigabyte Windforce ( not G1 edition ) uses a referance PCB
