Make ETS2 use a different monitor?

So right now I have ETS2 running on my main monitor, but (due to the way this monitor scales things), everything has a HUGE border on the top and bottom. I want to move the game to my other monitor that does scaling better, but I don't want to have to use windowed mode. Do I have to go into windowed and drag it over and then make it go fullscreen or what?

I have an A6 APU, but I really don't wanna change my main monitor (unless it just tells the game otherwise).

It does make the game run on the second monitor, I'm 100% sure it does (I've tried it myself) but I think that's the only way to do it.

make your secondary monitor your "primary" screen with windows options then revert back after your done playing. It takes seconds and only messes with your icons.
