Looking for a good screen capture program besides puush

As in the title I'm having issues with puush actually taking a picture of in game content. I believe it's because I have another monitor and when I take the picture it's just black. I have it set to the right monitor but I can't get it to actually take it properly

Overwolf maybe? Since it overlays the game it shouldn't have much of an issue recognizing

In game use something the EVGA precision or MSI afterburner.

Try MSI Afterburner, never fail on me.. unless it's an OpenGL game.

Could use shadowplay as you have a nvdia card , Set the bit rate to a custom setting and the time to suit, then if you want pictures just capture them from the recording.

Steam F12 works for most stuff as well.
