"Computer-building" company ripping people off

Butterfish

I'm just so sick of this website called www.sharkgaming.dk, that i need to rant a bit. This site builds and sells computers, and charges about 3-400$ more than the value of the hardware! They even ship their computers with 2 year old GPU's! (GTX 660).

Despite the alternatives like www.topdata.dk where you get a lot for your money, everyone still buys from this "sharkgaming". I get so frustrated when small 13 year old kids asks on a FB group where to buy a computer, and EVERYONE suggests sharkgaming as the BEST COMPANY EU. They are ripping people off by brading their website as "GAMING".

Sharkgaming made a smart move though, no doubt about that. I do believe that the easiest way to get rich in this world, is to rip people off, and make a profit on their stupidity..

Rant over.. so far

It's all about profit margins for companies like them, and they're obviously successful at making a large profit. It is annoying that you see companies like them ripping people off though, but I suppose it's peoples own fault for not doing the research and using them in the first place.

980 MSI Gaming is cheapest at Sharkgaming. at least in Denmark.

and their prebuild often comes with a water cooler witch might be why it seems higher price then normal.

Computer shop owner like SharkGaming here,

How the hell do you expect them to stay in Business by buying and selling the item at the same price? They HAVE to make money, hence the markup. You just fail at grasping a very simple concept.

Their products look fine. Everything is up to date, just need to step up to the 900 series which is harder to come across as a company over there.

I see nothing wrong. I'd recommend them no problem for someone that can't build one.

I just don't see how a cheap AIO justifies the $400+ extra cost

You go with whats reputable. They look like a company that is doing well, prices aren't that high compared to some here in the states. Plus they offer a good warranty from what I can read. People will pay for that.

Sharkgaming also supports Danish E-sports a lot more then others. That's also something players like and support.

If you wanna support E-Sport you use Komplett or Sharkgaming. that's it really.

because $300-$400 for rent, bills, and wages to employees is farrrrrrr too much............. /sarcasm

because the tech savvy people capable of building computers, troubleshooting, and customer service/warranty with customer's builds deserve less than kids who just work minimum wage at walmart....

Sharkgaming is not that bad really, maybe they sell things a bit overpriced but the company still needs to earn money. They also sponsor different things like esports and that is only costing them more money. they are also very nice people and they have nice supporters in the livechat.

If you want to join a really cool Discord chatroom with some great guys here from LTT and outside this community then PM me!

Infections will always be around and will need shops to remove them.
