Are these good cpu temps?

even with an hp mobo you should be able to get into bios and check the system information.

 

With everything else you've stated it is probably just a bad sensor as others have stated...

 

It's obviously getting and dissipating heat correctly.

yeah it only gives me fans speeds on the cpu and system

the cpu fan was running a 600 rpm

and system fan was running at 550 rpm

 

Edit: I found it in the thermal tab

i put a household thermometer on it and it only rose a couple Celsius 

 

Im going to put my phone on ir with a thermometer app to see what happens
