Do the pumps built into all in ones run off 12V or 5V?

Just a quick question as ive had one blown up on me (TEC Cooling)
I was using 12V but it did not explain why the pump failed in the first place. So im wondering if i had killed it via 12V.

 

Tl;Dr: Pumps that are on waterblock - 12 or 5 volts

They're supposed to be run at 12V
