It's good, another option to consider is having the fan on the back(with the IO or on the left hand side of the picture) as an intake meaning the only exhaust would be the top it'd help keep pressure positive and would allow the heat to rise easier straight out the top... (assuming you put fans in the top)

but then what about the noctua cooler, wont the airflow from the noctua and the airflow from the case fan cancel each other out? and if i rotate the noctua cooler to the oterh side same problem will the right side intakes

Yes but run your intake fans at a bit higher RPM than the exhaust fans. This will give you more positive air pressure.

Yeah, that would not be a good idea to do with a tower air cooler. Leave it on exhaust and do what I said above there ^^^ :)

you can put it in Push towards an intake or I believe you can aim it up and down to even further just aim the airflow straight out the top...

if i aim it up it would block the PCI slot where the GPU is

Are you sure about that? try it and double check and makesure to check if it's the fan or the heatsync itself... (sorry don't have much experience with the D15 or similarly sized double tower heatsyncs

if it does cover the first pci slot, can i plug the GPU into the next available? (there are 3 pci 16x slots)
