Hhhmmm.. Does that sound card give me another benefit except that optical output?

 

Not really. It's a basic 5.1 soundcard that does the job well, and yeah, that's it.

 

Well, maybe the built-in headphone amp is a bit plus, if you're using a headphone as well.

Yea.. That's my basic problem. I don't like using headphone. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I love speakers a lot more.
