Best Quiet LED Fans For Case Recommendations?

Hey guys, I'm looking for some cheap, quiet LED fans for my phanteks enthoo pro. Please leave some recommendations :D

I would recommend the Cooler Master SickleFlow fans, they are about as quiet as led fans get.

What size? Budget?

 

Idk, I'd take Bitfenix Spectre Pro or Corsair AF/SP 120/140mm

I dont mind on the budget because everything varies, as long as they are led fans and that they are quiet. I am doing 1 140mm or 120mm fan at the back and either 1 200mm fan at the front of 2 120mm/140mm fans at the front.

@brandon8890 Do not get Sickeflow or Spectre Pro. Kind of ironic how the only fans being suggested are the worst fans I've ever used.

Ikr, I took out my specre pro, PC becomes much quieter

So out all of all the fans that were recommended, can you guys please select one which is the quietest but still has amazing performance?
