Neither, MOAR SSD bruh

Hey guys,

 

I was just after some opinions should i buy and upgrade my cpu to a AMD FX-9590 paired with the rest of my sig, or just carry on and get moar ram.

 

P.S Money is no issue  ;)

I wouldn't bother will that CPU, your FX-8350 at 4.5GHz will pretty much match the 9590 POS and consume less power in the process.

Just chill. AMD is going to release a new line of FX CPUs based on a new architecture next year, so If you want to stick with team red I'd wait until then to upgrade. Upgrading to a 9590 would be a waste.

Money is no issue?! Get a 5th 980 and place it vertically (near your 4 way SLI 980 that you should get) To use the fan to blow cool air onto them because swek

Neither. Get an SSD.

 

Hell, if you won the silicon lottery and you have a really good cooler, you could overclock your 8350 to the same speeds as the 9590.

Was it? If so then I apologize, but either way games aren't going to suddenly become too demanding for an FX-8350 any time in the next two years. For most people I'd never recommend upgrading a CPU sooner than every 4 years, but with money as no issue like Ruff said, I think he should wait just a bit longer.

Didnt see if you had one but maybe a nice mechanical keyboard and or mouse if you perchance do not own one at this moment.
