at MC, but there's no MC at Puerto Rico 

or get a used sandy bridge or lynnfield i5 instead

Yes you can by upping the BCLK but it's 100% not worth it

You can change the FSB to get an overclock but it is usually difficult to get anything over a couple hundred megahertz because the CPU becomes unstable quicky. You can try it though, no damage should be done. Just look for FSB overclocking tutorials on youtube.

EDIT:that have 4 cores and 4 threads

i5s don't do threads. Strictly core counts. The i7s have threads also. Unless you mean a thread per core in which case you can just say 4 cores.
