Help Mouse cursor busy/blinking rapidly cpu high usage problem?

after i download a junk software and open it! and nothing happen! then the mouse Cursor start to blinking! i delete the software and reset the system!

and after the system restarted it show a cmd window name wpasvc.exe and the mouse start to blinking again!

i run malware scan and detect many stuff i choose add exclusion action but the mouse crusor still blinking!

i search for all the fix on google but non of them are helpful

my cpu usage is ~30-40% only open chrome 

i tried tro find WPA service in C/program file (x86) i delete it and after restart it pop out again!

 

- i dont want to reinstall window 7

- i dont really want to run anti virus scan (it take age! and when the system hot the anti-virus stop response and not let me do a things)

- my mouse is fine!

- i dont have a printer! (this itsn't printer issue)

MalwareBytes? tried that and not things happen!............... wait....... wut?!! @_@ its all normal now i runing avira anti virut and watching a video and now its fixed
