Smaller than mITX

Anyone know that form factor for ITX that is as long as it (170mm) but is not as wide (about 120mm) and if there are any boards with a relatively modern socket/CPU on the market?

an Intel NUC or Gigabyte Brix would be your closest bet.

this is all expensive (maybe the nuc not, but thats too small i think, would leave unwanted holes

 

i know a form factor is defined. its not called thinITX but its something similar... @DEcobra11 knows it exists too

There's thin mini ITX, nano ITX and pico ITX, but I don;t know the availability of the latter two. TMITX is mainly used in all in ones and microservers, and so far as I know is compatible with the more recent intel chipsets, but I don't know which.

its neither of those. its literally just not as wide as mITX :/

I can see that.  I meant as in... light web browsing, emulators, etc... the purpose overall?

yeah, probably gonna try to reuse the original, since it works, just need to find some documentation on its interface
