How about a Delta 120mm fan wth 240 CFM, draws 30W and is 62 dbA?

I've heard that Cooler Master JetFlo fans are really great. I could imagine that the Corsair AF120s are decent aswell.

Regular Corsair AF fans are great too. (SP for cooling resistance)

Only when in unrestricted environments and they are expensive, it's better to just get fans rated for static pressure as they will perform good in any situation whereas an airflow fan won't. There are way better options than Corsair Fans.
