need help overclocking my cpu

So i just got a new cpu fan and it runs my cpu at a nice even temp and i kinda want to overclock my cpu so any help would be nice

 

 

Hardware :

MotherBoard = Asus Z87 sabertooth

CPU = Intel I5 4670K haswell

GPU = GTX 660

RAM = 2x4 GB Kingston

CPU-Fan = Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO

PSU = TR2 700W

Go to the Bios and just click on Performance for the BIOS and there you go you get a 4.1ghz oc on all cores

If you want to overclock in regards to gaming you will get zero benefit from it since you run a GTX 660 if you want more performance for gaming get a better GPU, overclocking the shit out of your core i5 will give you exactly ZERO more FPS in every games.

All you will manage to do is kill your CPU faster.

Actualy that is not 100% true. Depends on how you OC it. For example I OCd my 4770k to 4.0GHz on all cores but I managed to undervolt it bellow stock voltages. So in theory I increased its lifespan even though I OCd it.
