You don't need Raptr, the games will be in the forms of keys for the respective services (Origin, Steam, Uplay)

When I bought my GPU off Amazon, Amazon sent me an email with the Never Settle code, and a link to the respective AMD website, you just have to create an AMD account (You don't need Raptr), choose your games, and they give you Steam keys. Then you activate them on Steam and viola, free games!
