Corsair have exclusivity for Cherry RGB switches for at least a year, so either it's a year away or it's not Cherry if they are going RGB

I wonder, if it is RGB, how the pricing will compare to Corsair.  I really like the look of the k70 (minus the new logo) but I can't bring myself to spend 170$ to have rainbows flying out of my finger tips.

10-key?

I'd be sorely tempted if it has RGB, 10key and brown switches/equivalent

You can be sure it has 10k and all types of switches.

Rather than RGB I am pretty sure it will be different shades/combos of red and blue like the ducky zero

There are actually videos of it. Here's one from Computex back in June. From the looks of it, it will have multi-colored LED's. Seems to me that it's purple/pink-red-ish. I have a Ducky Mini (First Gen) and the Purple/Pink color is lovely! :>

Tesoro, Razer and Logitech have announced/released offerings of their own, and none of them involve Cherry switches since Corsair is the only one with them right now

So, if Ducky releases an RGB offering, then it's not going to be Cherry. The most likely candidate is.... Kailh. Now, if that happens, will people stop bitching about Kailh switches in general? Probably not.

Or who knows, we might see someone else enter the switch market. I'm pretty sure it's confirmed Omron are making Logitechs switches (Don't quote me here), I can't really think of any other companies who deal in switches for gaming products, save for Sanwa Denshi but they make arcade parts, that wouldn't make much sense

Unfortunately, the Shine 4 is not true RGB, it is simply dual-color Red/Blue. The boxart alone gives it away.

So I would not rule out Cherry just yet!
