I had a 4.8Ghz overclock on my i7 2600K and a heavily overclocked 7950 (280) and I used a 650w Coolermaster PSU, never had any issues.

The PSU I used isn't a performance/enthusiast PSU either.

 

So for a reference of my overclocking on both parts on a lower watt PSU and having no issues. a 750w will be fine, and do the same job (just a little quieter)

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

A good quality 600w/650w PSU is more than enough.
