Today I and Alvin and Sabastian gone to our Classmates's home (Kenny) to have a game of battlefield 3 and ninja gaiden.

 

We noticed that his pc was like 6 and a half years old (a hand me down from his older brother)

 

so we asked him When is he gonna get a new pc or upgrade, his reply was " my dad is giving me $700.00 for my birthday this coming 8th and I have a saving of $1000.00"

 

So he's got a Budget of $1700.00 (inclusive of OS)

So we sat down and talked about what he wanted in his build.

 

so here's what he (with 3 PC freaks) came up with :

Storage : WD BLACK /64MB/FZEX/5yrs $100.00

GPU : Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming 4GB $615.00

PSU : Seasonic 620W M12-II-620 / 5yrs $125.00

CPU Cooler : CoolerMaster Seidon 120V PLUS (Alvin's birthday gift to Kenny)

Silverstone AP121 w/LED(Red) a pair for front intake

why not get a gigabyte gaming 3 or a MSI gaming 5?

why not get a gigabyte gaming 3 or a MSI gaming 5?

the MSI one is $30.00 more and the gaming 3 same price as the one he chose but the bigger case won't look good in his tiny room lol
