I always used to recommend the bare minimum wattage, but the efficiency peak of power supplies is ~ 50% usage, so I would get a little more than you need.

For that GPU even a 400W unit is a bit overkill, usually the Corsair CX 430 (430W) can be found for dirt cheap.

Personally I think investing on a high quality unit and forgetting for the next 5+ years about the PSU in your system, even if you upgrade the GPU several times; it's a smart move. But I do like investing money on the rig, for many people buy once and replace several years later when it can no longer keep up, is the way to go.

400W for sure. Anything over that would be redundant, unless you plan on upgrading in the next 2 years. Then 500 would be safe for pretty much anything.
