You can now run most Android apps on Chrome OS and Chrome using ArChon

P1X3

Not a while back Google made it possible to run android apps on Chrome OS. Well, now thanks to vladikoff's ArChon project (github) it is possible to run most android applications on any device running Chrome OS or Chrome browser.

I have tested it out myself, and yes, not every app works. In my opinion, being able to run android apps on devices running chrome is a great for both google and developers. Developers will be able to reach more users, while google will be pocketing more for paid apps and did I mention android apps running in Chrome?

Long gone the days of chrome extensions. Long live APPS!

So nope . I NEVER had a problem with it . And youtube wouldn't work on Firefox , and opera, safari, netscape,IE=LOL

It uses quite a bit of ram , but never maxed my 8gb even with servers and games running at the same time

Doesn't mean I can't hate it.

Also, Firefox has always worked for me.

I love my chromebook for many reasons. It's small, compact, and dirt cheap. It's so cheap that I am not afraid to lose it have it stolen. Works great for most of my needs on the go, and for extensive tasks I can remote to my desktop.
