Should I upgrade ?

Hi, I have 2x gtx 780's running in SLI and i'm thinking of upgrading to the 980's is it worth it ?

Um. No, only way that could be considered an upgrade is if you get 2 GTX 980s. Maybe 2 GTX 970s but then the only thing you are getting is increased memory. (I am sure there are other things, but generally not much different to 780s.)

Oh, well I read that as 980 is it worth it :P

 

But 2 980's is much faster than what you have but you don't need it.

Unless you are realistically going to run extremely high resolutions or G-sync, etc, than I don't think you would see a big enough variance in fps or raw performance to justify the upgrade.  If you were coming off of a 500 or 600 series SLI and/or single GPU, than it would be more beneficial.  You could always push your 780's a bit in Precision or Afterburner.
