What is your main OS

sulairris

I prefer OSX for everything, especially work. I do use Windows for the odd game that doesn't have OS X support.

Phone is Android, and tablet is iOS.

Once SteamOS actually gets release I'll that to my list, and depending on how much support it gets for Video Editing, Screencasting, and Audio editing to the same level as OS X or Windows, I'll slowly migrate to it.

The other systems in the house are Windows 7, one for general use, and another for CAD.

SteamOS is not designed to be used as a desktop.

DAMN IT! There's little point in it for me then. I'll just use a normal Linux distro that has steam support so.

GNOME is modified to be viewable at a distance which would not make a good desktop.

you could install KDE or somthing else
