980 benchmark " scam "

All of the 980 benchmarks show the 780ti running at stock, reference clocks.

There isn't a single 780ti in the world that runs at 860 mhz core.

Why don't they compare it to real world boost clocks? 1163-1228 or oc (1300+)

Is this typical marketing to make it seem faster than the older card while the older card is not running at its full potential?

Seems really fishy to me.

Btw I run a 780ti @1459mhz currently daily oc

Because the GTX 980 run 1000mhz + at stock so what is your point?

Yeah were just going to have to wait.

I still believe the 780ti will perform better.

I really wouldn't take any 980 benchmarks too seriously until the card is officially launched by Nvidia.

You're not to smart are you. The point is they are running 780tis at what is actually an underclock from what these cards ALL run at in the real world.

Because spec wise the 780ti is supposed to be stronger no matter what, at the stock speeds. Wait a day or 2  after NDA gets lifted and reviews to come out against factory overclocked cards.
