Cod:Ghosts is only worth it if they pay you and you don't actually have to play the game in return. It just sits in your steam library.

The SP of ghosts is OK if you like linear shooters....not great though

 

the MP is quite bad

I had never played a CoD (beyond a very short period of time on Blops1 when my brother got it. I wanted to experience what everyone else did buy spending a load of money on a new CoD on release and playing it a bunch. I didn't, fortunately, as I recently played Ghosts during the free weekend. Kept dying behind walls, killing people behind walls, etc. The main menu is crap, the loading times are pretty bad, and there aren't many people playing in NZ/AUS apparently anyway.

Would not recommend Ghosts, regardless of the price.
