yeah wtf your 750ti should be worth around 140$ now and a 280X should run you about 260$ in the US so it should be a 120$ upgrade AT MOST...

280x is not worth 400$. Still, the upgrade from 750 TI to 280x is worth it but not for 400$. For that money you can buy 290.

Performance wise it's a big step up, tho price wise I would look around for a better deal. If I remember correctly the R9 280x only debuted at $299.
