Idk if it is possible, but it's never a good thing to oc a laptop because of the missing cooling power.

B-b-b-b-but why would you want to overclock it, if that thing already got X2 speed boost with its apple sticker ? (yes, this is a LTT refrence)

Overclocking a laptop doesn't even sound like a good thing to do. It will just make the processor run hotter and it won't give much of a performance boost. Now i'm guessing you want a performance boost, but there isnt alot you can do when it comes to old laptops.

No, it's practically impossible to even boot in to the UEFI, let alone OC.

OC this would only be theoretically possible with setfsb (by running windows). Under OSX -- no chance.

I don't even understand why you'd try to overclock a macbook. Mine is already heating up badly without an Overclock.

just get a better laptop or install some lightweight linux on it. Depends on what you're after. This this is still pretty fast for web browsing and watching movies.

Even if this was possible, what can you possibly OC these parts to in order for it to be faster, don't destroy your laptop even if it is a MAC<------(MAC hater's view)
