HDMI input only displaying on part of Monitor

Hey everyone,

So I just got a new 1920x1080 monitor and when I use the HDMI input it displays a smaller image (like and inch of black on the edge) but with DVI it displays the full image. I have tried changing lots of settings and such. Any ideas?

Go to CCC or Nvidia control panel, and mess with the scaling for HDMI.

You need to change your scaling settings in your driver panel.

OK, so I am unable to open AMD Catalyst!

If AMD Catalyst is not opening you may have to do a reinstall. My roommates PC did the same thing, I just downloaded the newest drivers and it did the trick.
