Liquid Cooled Room Impractical (Maybe?) Ideas

I think an awesome idea would be to make cup heaters from the cpu heat to keep your coffee warm while you pull all-nighters.

And if we're going that far then maybe even run it through the floor to make it warm in the winter

 

To take it even further you could make it join in one spot and make a water fountain above it using a different loop.

Maybe you could even use your toilet as a water reserve!

 

Now imagine it being actually implemented...

nop its not practical instead of cooling whole room with liquid simple AC would do the same thing in a much efficient way.
