My next build. How badass would be a custom loop and X99 be in that. Like Cmon.

once I graduate or get an internship and start raking in $$ I have plans do something like that in either a case like this or some shitty looking discolored white 90's OEM case for full sleeper.

I remember the sleeper I built for someone in a Dell Dimension 4100. Man that was awesome. Plain beige box with Pentium 3 and Windows 2000 stickers, Sandy i7 and a GTX 770 on the inside

Owned the top one, almost owned the second one instead. At 14 I thought both were really cool.

Then about a year or so later you realize how dumb they both are and all the bits keep falling off :P

 

I don't own either but some people request I use them for builds I do :(

Hardware Canucks has a worst case ever video, i believe it is the antec 1900?, but after seeing some of the cases posted in this thread, Harware Canucks might be wrong. lol

Nothing can top an antec 1900..

 

This case was terrible. I think I still have one of these junkers in a spare bedroom. Too embarrassed to even put it out for the trash man to pick up.

Na, these are all different cases designed in a different time. A low end case shouldn't be compared to a "high end" "gaming" case like the 1900. That thing is still an utter failure. 

 

I sometimes wonder what the designers were thinking about when they designed and tested something and said: "Hey, this is a good idea, lets mass produce this."

Back in the days of 80mm fans everywhere. This case would cut up your hands like it was specifically designed to.

The Azza genesis 9000. The fins on top don't move and don't allow airflow. The front mounted psu cover has little hidden plastic tabs (as well as long ass screws) designed to snap off and void your warranty. In the "Ratx" configuration, the exhaust fans on top of your case will be fighting the fans on your gpu, causing it to overheat. The fan placement is terrible, could have supported four 120mm fans uptop but instead only 3 because of their stupid layout being setup for the 200mm fans (that blow f**king nothing as it is). The side fan doesn't do sh*t. It has NO MOUNTS AT ALL for front fans (seriously, wtf) just giant heavy steel sleds, of which you are likely to use 2 maybe 3 tops. The bottom fans are about the only nice thing on this case.

 

Oh, and whichever side the motherboard tray is installed on, can't have the front side fans installed

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs

My dad bought a computer case like this for my brother and I when we were little. Mine was a lighter colored version of this with the  LED lights. THIS IS NOT A WORST CASE EVER. IT WAS SOOO AWESOME!
