I just bought a Corsair 2100 headset (Wireless) I really want to use it right now, but i've heard that i need to charge it full untill i use it. Do i?

Can't i just charge it while i use it untill its fully charged?

No. It's a headset not a power drill.

If you can yes. There won't be a noticable difference though.

The battery inside (li-ion) lives longer if you treat it a certain way, but it's not as sensitive as NiCD for example (in drills as Aniallation mentions).

this was true a long time ago now with todays new and improved lithium ion batterys and the currents state of recharable charging to a full state then discarging is not really needed anymore

All wireless/battery run products I've bought lately come with around 50% of charge. And with Li-Ion battery. Like said, it doesn't matter so much if you don't recharge it to full right away. But it will keep battery in good condition to load it to full and then use it to zero.
