Get a huawei?Cheap chinese, but decent quality from what I've seen. They're getting very popular in Belgium

They don't have 8.1, only Android/8. Didn't read you hated that :P

I dont get that WindowsPhone hate... I own Lumia 920 and I wouldnt trade it for any android phone. (Yes I tried Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One M8 for some time but I didnt like it that much).

I run beta WP 8.1 on my Lumia and it is runing solid. Nothing feels slow and everything is snappy but it is really noticable that it is in beta because my phone restarts randomly from time to time for no reason (it never did that on full fledged WP 8 so I am sure it is software issue that needs to be solved).

  • Under €300
  • Windows Phone 8.1
  • Decent camera
  • Camera flash

I won't be playing games.

I have a nokia lumia 620 - at first I loved it but now I get pissed off every time I use it as Microsoft keep removing useful features (voice command is no longer available out of US apparently) and they keep trying to copy IOS and Android with terrible results e.g. the slide down menu which they finally added can only have four settings on it etc..

Edit: It's not that bad of a phone for the money but i think i would prefer something like a moto g which in my opinion has a much nicer screen!

I was going to say moto G but you don't want android so I'm stomped. I'll look around and see if I can find anything.

Question why do you hate android? If its due to the bloatware then you could get a OnePlus One as it runs CyanogenMod. Infact installing CM11 is really easy on any Android device.

If your willing to wait I should have some invites soonish.

It depends on the Models, I find that the OnePlus One is a very quick and stable phone now a few updates have been pushed out.

Also with its 299Euro price tag, most Android phones would fit your description however the OnePlus One has very good specifications for the price.

So if you want to give it a try I can allocate you an invite the second I would get one as these phones keep their price at the moment as they are on limited runs.

That depends on what phone you have. You have a cheapo Android smartphone, then ya, of course it's going to be slow and crash. You're getting what you paid for. if you're willing to dish out €300 for an iPhone or Windows Phone, why don't you use those €300 and actually get a good Android phone?

This is something that really irks me though, when people say "Android is crappy" and all they've ever used was a low-end Android phone, and then they immediately switch over to an iPhone. You're not really giving Android a fair chance when you do that...
