Right click lingers behind

title pretty much says it all i include a pic but when i right click sometimes the options tend to stay there unless i restart my computer

 

 i put 2 pics to show how its there even if i right click again

When this happens again, try turning off your monitor and then turn it back on and see if the problem still occurs. If it's still there then that rules out a bad monitor.

 

This is an odd thing, really. Do you modify Windows files in any way?

Did a little bit of research. This is a problem with Windows itself.

 

To fix it, disable fading menu items.

 

Right Click Computer and select Properties from menu - Choose Advanced System Settings - In the Performance area, click Settings

If it stays like that after following advice above, disable windows aero by going to the same menu and disabling visual effects (just set it to "adjust for best performance").
