im thinking about it. just those prices i need to know. and a few reviews about it all together

only part that is actually really killing the x99 build, would be price on DDR4 ram... its so much more compare to the new haswell-e.

Same with me, That 5820k seems like a great deal for a 6 core, the asus x99 deluxe looks beautiful but ram prices could be the big ouch initially. Hopefully the article about g-skill is right about the price drop within a couple months.

DDR4 is expensive but we'll have to see if the performance gains over DDR3 are worth the premium. I'm sure that I read somewhere that one of the X99 boards is $400 which isn't too bad

Haswell-E is probably not even 2 weeks away... X99 boards will be officially sold then so there will be CPU's and of course DDR4 is expensive so was DDR3 when it launched it's new.
