 Is it at least a .edu address? If so, at least you get some huge discounts if you want/need certain software. I'm pretty sure Autocad, Maya, Windows licenses etc. can be obtained for free or at least at a much lower cost with a .edu e-mail. Don't quote me for sure, but it is definitely something worth looking into :)

I've looked into it. It is a .edu of course. But their prices seem to be about the same for things like monitors (at least on the websites they specify to use). Software seems fairly well discounted. They have a few asus monitors that seem nice (I am in the market for a new monitor) but the prices are actually higher than the same monitor from newegg, which made me laugh. I can't wait until the "internet is stupid/untrustworthy" generation dies off lol.

^^Oh man, that is super shady to offer a "discount" that is worse than a regular price, weak! Oh well, just wanted to mention the possible discounts to lighten up the suckyness of having to use MSO B)

Being a student is so awesome. You see all these 1st day of school and freshman posts all over the internet and meanwhile you're in the middle of your 12 week holidays. :D

Ah ffs -.- I got an exam tomorrow, another one in 4 days and then my last one on the 4th of september. And new school year begins on 23rd or something. Spent half my summer studying. Hurray for university.

Anyway, first week is usually fun. Seeing people again and not that much work.

It is said, that civilised man seeks out good and intelligent company, so that through learned discourse he may rise above the savage and closer to God. Personally, however, I like to start the day with a total dickhead to remind me I'm best!
