i got g2 on sale for around 150 great deal for it my system doesn't draw all of that power but the fact that it comes with a 10YEAR warranty it will be my mainstay for awhile

Fun fact, the G2 1000W is certified Platinum. That's how ballin' it is.

 

I wouldn't say the G2 is an updated version of the NEX. The NEX are Aurum CM's I believe, the G2's are based on Superflower's Leadex Gold platform. Completely different.

 

If the P2 is only a bit more (maybe $10 or $15) then I would go for it. Other than that, the G2 is excellent enough to justify saving $20 or so.

The only difference I can think of (Apart from the efficiency) is the Eco fan mode. The P2 1000W has eco fan mode, whereas the G2 1000W doesn't.
