Alright, so i got a closed loop cpu water cooler for amd mobo's. Anyway i have the amd a8-6500 cpu and i'd like to upgrade to an fx-8350. But would i even notice a difference ??

some people say that you'd only notice when its using all its cores ? when is it using all its cores ? can you make it so it's using all of them?

or should i get an i5

If you get an i5 you need another motherboard but if you get and 8350 you also need a new motherboard too unless the motherboard you have currently supports the 8350.

Moving from a a8-6500 to a8350 will be a major improvement. The CPU is set to use all the cores by default, what they, whom ever they are, when they said "you will only notice when using all cores" is that the extra four cores is what will make the difference which is an understandable view from someone who is not really a techie.
