How about R9 280 price/performance, and how about R9 270 and R9 270X???

Here in Canada not long ago you could get an R9 280 for $199 which would be an automatic buy at that price over the other cards you mentioned.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

Well if your asking which ones best the 280 is best. 270 isn worth it at all when a 270X is better for like $5 more. I would highly recommend the 280 the 270X isn't going to be able to handle modern games at good frame rates for much longer.

I have the 7950 which is a 280. Good card for the money. I'd take it over the GTX760 anyday.

@Lanoi

the r9 270 is a 7870, 270x is a 7870ghz, the r7 265 is the 7850 :)

The R9 280 is a Rebadged HD 7950, and a 280X is a 7970 GHz. The 270 is a 7850 and the 270X is a 7870 GHz.

Wrong, the 270 is a 7870, the 270X is a 7870GHz, and the r7 265 is a 7850
