Just picked some up. Too bad Nidec & Scythe ended their business relationship.
Hopefully these fans will be up to high standards.

Grand flex fans are awful

Really? I thought they were just a step down from the GT's  

It does have a mtbf of 120,000 hours versus the GT's 100,000 I think.

These are ok fans, definitely not GT replacements. Look at the Swiftech Helix fans for example - they look like GTs but don't act like one.

They're okay case fans, just don't use them on a radiator/heat-sink.

 

But for 5$, that's an amazing deal.
