Selling my parts of my 900D rig for a jacked up Ncase M1. PM me for offers if interested (will take some reasonable-low offers because I'm desperate).

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

I claim lies, and I want my lawyer.

But seriously, that search function NEEDS to be fixed, is there any information out there regarding that?

Based on the rest of the slide it's a new GPU. Either Tonga or the Hawaii XTX with all the stream procesors (48 cus I think).

2 days before my birthday :P

won't be on the list though ;)

the 23rd is my birthday so it damn well better be a high-end GPU. I'd be okay with Tonga. I'd absolutely love a reveal of the 390x. but I'm expecting tonga.

Daily Driver:

Case: Red Prodigy CPU: i5 3570K @ 4.3 GHZ GPU: Powercolor PCS+ 290x @1100 mhz MOBO: Asus P8Z77-I CPU Cooler: NZXT x40 RAM: 8GB 2133mhz AMD Gamer series Storage: A 1TB WD Blue, a 500GB WD Blue, a Samsung 840 EVO 250GB

Assuming there will be 4gb versions of Tonga, a mid range Xfire setup (usually recommended against) might actually be worth looking at. Scaling and frame times are excellent right now on the xdma equipped Radeons. Couple this with power tune (shutting of secondary in 2d mode) and the hopefully significant increase in efficiency, and there is a decent argument there.

Hawaii XTX would be cool too. Hmmm...I wonder if there will be any 290x cards out there that can be flashed to unlock those 4 extra ROPs

Yeah, figures. I know the 290s were getting sliced fairly early in Hawaii production, but there were those early ones. It makes sense that they would be proactive about preventing this for Hawaii's 2nd release.

Everyone in electronics does it these days. Circuits are so complex you need to squeeze more life out of them while you rapidly and painstakingly engineer the next great solution.
