I chose to paint the thumbscrews for CPU block because they were nickel
 

 


The Kingston HyperX Na'Vi Limited Edition
 

Top grill is cut out along with the 5.25 drive cage
 

The front is painted. Radiators and fans are mounted

 

The reservoir mounted on the radiator with a bracket I made from a piece of an aluminum strip

 

The connection between the two radiators was a bit difficult to make but a small piece of solid tubing did it.

 

The graphics card is installed and the installation of the tubing can begin

The front panel is now sleeved
 

One of the two Y-cable to the fans

 

The small wireless antenna cables were also sleeved

 

A Wi-Fi card does not look pretty. It will be tucked away behind the aluminum Square

 

The antenna cables are installed and Wi-Fi card tucked away behind the yellow square
 

More sleeving. A 24pins extension cable is being made

The power supply is in place and the last sleeved cables are made and fitted

 

It was my idea to mount the SSDen on top of the power supply

I fixed this old dead Corsair SSD with a little paint and a logo.

 

I do not know if I should switch Kingston SSD out?

Looks really awesome. If I HAD TO complain on something:

 

1. The SSD and RAM don't match the yellow perfectly.

2. It's a shame that the reservoir is so small, stupid long graphics cards  <_< .

Does using extension cables effect the performance/efficiency of the PSU/build? Just wondering as I may do the same.

 

As long as the connections between the original and extension cable are good, it shouldn't make a difference. It's no different to having a psu with long cables vs one with short ones. Wherever you get the extension cables, just make sure it's a reputable seller.
