I use to hate on the S4 against the HTC ONE then I realized I had a Samsung phone  :ph34r:

They're only doing this because Andriod, particularly Samsung's phones are selling better than iPhones now a days.

The writing is on the wall Apple is headed to becoming a patent troll, that will be their only source of revenue. Couldn't happen to a more troll of a company, Xerox is probably laughing their copiers off.

Kind of getting sick of what apple is trying to do to other companies and I'm sure the courts are as well (although they are probably receiving massive payments from both parties when they go to court).

 

But seriously, the government should restrict apple from trying to sue somebody to at least once a year.

To end my annoyance of the constant WAR between the different mobile-lovers, i would like to remember you that it's you. THE END CONSUMER that benefits from these companies, patents may hold bigger companies back for a while, but they lead to more innovation. Another way to solve a "problem".

 

Debate this;

If you had a iPhone 5 and a Galaxy s4 infront of you, free of charge, which one would you take? And why?

Galaxy S4, just because I like Android more.

Doesn't mean I hate the iPhone though. I do like certain things in iOS, and I love the design of both the iPhone 5 and iOS.

Don't understand why Apple keeps trying this, the patent that won them their original billion dollars was already invalidated and that's whats going to happen with this.

 

Plus, why are they suing samsung for Google Now? That's Google's technology through and through

 People saying Apple is going to burn in fire, well, mind your words. Please take a second and remember what the f they did/how they did it. And with a deposit that could get USA out of it's debt they are not going away in the next two years. Steve Jobs no longer exists, but others do. 

 

Also, During it's first week, iPhone 5 sales sold 5 million units.

patent trolling holds the industry back not move it forward. apple used to be a company that took pride in copying others, now that there on top they hate anything that even vaguely resembles their stuff and uses equally vague patents to try and kill any competition.
