H110 is just a bit behind the x61's performance.

Does the X61 fit under the budget??? If so than go for that.

What is a good AIO Cpu cooler for under $140. I know that the H110 is great but am not sure if there is a better preforming cooler. Thanks a bunch

Cooler Master Seidon 240M for only $60!

 

Can't beat it.
